Delivery

1. We deliver across mainland UK only. For International deliverers or those outside the mainland UK please contact info@theurbancage.co.uk with your request.

2. We will make every effort to deliver within the specified time, however, we cannot guarantee this as delays may occur due to courier or supplier issues.

3. We will attempt to deliver your order to the address that you stated. The Urban Cage will not be liable for any missing parcels should the delivery address have been entered incorrectly. If items are undeliverable or returned to us because of an incorrect address or because of a customer’s failure to contact the courier company or be available for an agreed delivery slot, we shall refund the price of the products minus delivery costs incurred by us in sending the goods out, plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier for returning the goods to us. 

4. All items must be checked upon delivery. Any breakages, defects or discrepancies must be notified to us within 24 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items that are not notified within this time frame.

5. For faulty or damaged items please contact us here including photographs of the damaged/faulty item within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Please do not return damaged or faulty items until we have discussed a replacement, repair or refund with you. We are unable to refund any postage cost incurred if you return damaged or faulty items without following this procedure.

6. Click & collect is available from our Herne Bay store within 24 hours of the order being placed. However, if the item is not collected within 2 weeks, an automatic refund will be given and the item will be put back into stock for resale.

Returns & Refunds

1. We are unable to refund you for your postage costs. When posting items to us we strongly recommend that you request a recorded delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during returns.

3. All returns must be received by The Urban Cage within 14 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund. 

4. Wallpapers & bespoke order items, are non-returnable and non-refundable. As these items are to your specification, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty.

5. Refunds will be processed when the items are returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery by the original payment method.

6. You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. 

7. Items must be carefully repacked and returned in their original packaging in a re-saleable condition or they will not be refunded.

8. When posting your item back, you must obtain proof of postage for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

9. Please note, if your order consists of a number of products which amounted to £100 or more, you may have qualified for free shipping. If on the return of products your order total is below the £100 threshold, you will be charged £4.95 delivery that your order would have incurred. 

10. Please DO NOT return damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. We are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us at info@theurbancage.co.uk

11. please note if we have partially refunded you for a damaged item this voids your returns policy.

Discount Codes/Promotions

1. Unless otherwise specified, promotional codes and/or discount offers can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

2. Unless otherwise stated, offers do not apply to delivery charges. Please check relevant delivery terms and conditions.

3. Valid free delivery codes can be redeemed against our UK Standard Delivery Service only and are not eligible for use in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

4. Any refunds will take into account the discount applied as part of the offer.

5. The Urban Cage reserves the right to decline to accept orders where, in our reasonable opinion, a promotion code or discount is invalid for the order being placed or is the subject of fraudulent activity.

Emails​

1. From time to time, you will receive promotional emails and newsletters from us about our products and services. Please note, you will only receive these promotional emails only if you have opted in to receive them from us on the The Urban Cage website or have given a third-party permission to share your emails

2. If you do not want to receive emails from The Urban Cage you can click on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email communication sent by us or by emailing us

3. Please note, if you place an order with us or sign up for an out-of-stock notification email we may contact you by email or telephone if we have any questions or queries in relation to your order or need to update you with regards to your account or order. 

Pre-order​

1. Some of our new arrivals are available to pre-order. This means you can order them online, in advance of the stock becoming available. If your pre-order item is part of a larger order you have placed, we may dispatch your items in multiple packages to avoid unnecessary delays. In the unlikely event that our suppliers do not fulfil pre-order items, we reserve the right to cancel your order and will notify and refund you accordingly. If for any reason you would like to cancel a pre-order item please contact us here quoting your order number.

Minors​

1. The Urban Cage website is intended for use of persons aged 18 or over. We will never knowingly collect information or market to children under the age of 18 years old. If you suspect that we have collected information on someone under the age of 18 please contact us here.
